The base material of the grid cloth is glass fiber, and the materials of glass fiber and asbestos are flame retardant, and this flame retardant effect has been recognized by relevant departments. When the wall is burned and falls off in a fire, the building materials inside will be exposed. At this time, the flame retardant effect of the grid cloth is obvious. Not only will it not burn itself, but also delay the combustion speed of the surrounding building materials. Why can the grid cloth be flame retardant? This is directly related to the glass fiber. In the actual test, the glass fiber is protected against an open fire of 1600 degrees for 5 minutes. Only the color will turn yellow, and no burning trace and open fire are seen. Grid cloth can not only strengthen the wall to prevent cracking, but also be flame-retardant and prevent the expansion of fire in case of fire.
